Pip Studio - Wallpaper

I do not know how many of you know about  Pip Studio , but I'm sure that lots of Romanians haven't heard about it. Since I discovered it in a wallpaper shop in Cluj ( my city) it was love at first sight. I was looking on internet for wallpapers models, but non of them was this complex and graphic. The studio has to offer not just wallpaper, but other amazing products.
Pip Studio is based in Amsterdam and it has such a funny story behind it:

"PIP was born in a small village by the sea as the youngest child of the family. She has three older brothers and a Love bird, or to be more specific, a small African parrot from the genus Agapornis. The Love bird is called Tjommy and it can say its name. Tjommy always sits on her head or shoulder and goes everywhere with her. PIP’s real name is Catharina, but everyone knows her by her nickname. PIP was the first word that she ever spoke and her brothers just started calling her that. The rest of the family soon followed and these days no one knows any different.
After PIP graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, she bought a dilapidated old Victorian house on the outskirts of town. There was no longer any paint on the house and the garden was a wilderness, but PIP fell in love with it the moment she saw it. The house’s most unique feature, to her mind, was the intense northerly light that lit it up when the sun shone and that reminded her of the village where she was born.
PIP created a studio in the attic of her house and dubbed it the PIP studio..."

Love the story, love the products and the wallpapers...love it all.

My world

Here we are again, Sunday. How was your week? Mine was pretty busy. The shop is going better and better. I started to deliver in other cities also and  I had yesterday a helping-hand from Laura. She just came one day and ask me if I accept voluntary work. Why not?
Since I started this business the days are passing  so quickly. I said I should share some photos of this lovely place where I spend almost 10 hours a day. Soon the Christmas will be here and I'm so looking forward. I'm excited to design my shopwindows with Christmas tree and presents. I know that my home Christmas tree will be gold and silver.. but I do not have a clue how this one will look. I'm sure it will look lovely consider that I will fill it with Christmas decorations from my shop.
The weather is starting to be so wintry and for the last 2 days a dense fog makes the city disappear. The trees are all white and the streets are empty. Looks interesting. Pretty bad I don't have time to take some pictures.
It might be a bit early but I want to hear from you if you thought about this Christmas? Mine will be a creazy one. New house, few hours in the shop and probably a family dinner with my/boyfriend's family. For sure it will be a special one.
Wish you all  the best and good luck in everything you do.

ZGallerie

I spent a lot of time lately trying to find products I could bring into my store. And ZGallerie is one of those companies I wish I could afford to have. Probably in the future, at least I hope so.  They are so perfect and they can definitely change the look of your home. They are simple and in the same time sophisticated. The first one is my favorite and it could look so chic in my hallway on my white mini bookshelves and cream painted wall. I have prepared a beautiful surprise soon ( not yet sure when) for those who will visit my wonderful Boutique. I hope I made you interested. Have a nice Tuesday. xoxoxox

Paint on the wall

I love those houses filled with paintings, illustrations or anything that can be framed and look good. It gives to the house a personality and it tells you a lot about the persons in the house. A empty house = empty soul. This is how I see things. All the homes in which I was ( England or Ireland) I saw at least one paint and I wish that could happen in Romania also. That's way I will have a lovely collection in my store just for those of you who love and appreciate a bit of art in their space. I've restarted to paint and I feel great. So, those of you who read my blog- I know that most of you are Romanians - be brave and come visit my shop and let me know what would you like to have on your walls... I can help you choose or make one exactly how you wish. I look forward to see u in October. xoxox

RECreate

ReCreate website is a great source of inspiration if you like vintage objects and you just don't want them stand there on a shelf. I have a old suitcase exactly like the one which was transformed in a chair. It looks amazing. After discovering this site I will check what objects I have that can be transformed.

A world full of beauty

Wherever I've been: USA, Ireland, England or Mexico, I had to buy something with/made of ceramic. It's just my thing. And when I discovered Ruche Shop through a friend's blog (Kittenhood) I fell in love of this pretty little treasures. They are so girlish and delicate. With those colour combinations and patterns it will capture everyone's attention. I'm so jealous of those of you who leave in a country where this home accessories are easy to be found and affordable. Lucky you!!!
