Mushrooms - You should try this recipe

I always wanted to make mushrooms in Oven at home and yesterday I made it happened.....Undeniably a success!!!! You should try to make it and I hope it will taste the same , because it's easy to make and so yummy.

All you need to have is:
-big mushrooms ( without stem )
-Bacon
-Pesto or Guacamole ( if you have)
-Rosemary
-Cheese ( I put a Romanian cheese called "Branza de Burduf" but probably the best would be Blue cheese or Bre)
-Basil

It's simple to make. Put a cooking foil in pan and heat it. Soak a little the mushrooms with a bit of Pesto/Guacamole and add some Rosemary. Leave it to cook for 10 minutes. In the meanwhile you fry the bacon just for few minutes. Take off the pan and add the bacon and leave it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. In the end you add the cheese and let it rest for 5 minutes in till you cut the Basil which will be add only when the mushrooms will cool down, otherwise they will get brownish color.

Summer beauty

When it comes to Cooking, summer is the best time to be creative. The food is so colourful, light and differs . I love to cook but I do not have time and money to do it as I wish. But, from time to time I call my friends for a nice Thai or Lebanese dinner. Last night I cooked Mexican food- Tortillas and Totopos with 2 dressings and they enjoyed it very much. It's nice to share some of my experiences and bring them bits of culture from the countries I visit.
I have cooking magazines and books, but I have to admit that I open them very rarely ( main reason is that most of the recipes are made with ingredients which are hard to find in Romania) ..and when I have time, I take the pleasure to have a look on some blogs/flisker's pages with beautiful food photography ( like the ones below from cannelle-vanille's). There are just wow ...
Romanians are lucky to have amazing fruits and vegetables in their garden during summer time ( for those who leave in a village or have relatives living in the a country side) but very few know how to take advantage of.
Which is your favorite type of food/ingredient? what special recipes you make?
I wish you all the best and have a lovely day.
Thanks for reading this.xx

Thai Noodles

I discovered the Chinese food 3 or 4 years ago when I've been to work in USA . By far it was my favorite food that I've ever tasted , then I had to work in Ireland in a Thai Food Restaurant and it was love at first taste . Since then I dreamed to visit Thailand , specially for their food . I spent a lot of money bringing my own ingredients in Romania and buying cook books .
It's hard to make your own Thai food in Romania . But, with a little effort everything is possible .
So , Wednesday Thailand came into my kitchen .My brother dropped by on his way to Bucharest to have a look how the apartment was decorated.
After a delicious dinner we meet some friend in a very nice Jazz Pub and we had such a good time .
